Very beautiful composition.
I love the colors, and lighting in this piece as well as the graininess of the shot, It seems to add to the texture of the photograph.

The lean body of the model adds to the fluidity of the piece as well as sexines ^_^

The shadow in the clavicle is so textured and warm. It really draws the eye. It's an interesting little detail that makes the piece for me.
